How do I track my order?
See every stage of your order, the courier and the tracking number — and share a tracking link.

Open Account → Orders and tap the order. The timeline shows each stage with its date: placed, confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered.
Once the order ships you will see the courier name and tracking number, and we e-mail them to you as well.
Share tracking with family
On the order page, tap Share tracking to copy a link. The link shows only the order status and expected delivery date — never your address, the items or the price — and works without signing in.
