Where we deliver
Demo Store delivers across India. Enter your pincode on any product page, in your cart or at checkout to see whether we deliver to you, the estimated delivery date and whether cash on delivery is available. An order cannot be placed to a pincode we do not serve.
Large items such as furniture and vehicles are delivered to metro pincodes only; this is stated on the product page.

Orders placed before 3 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery dates are estimates; festivals, weather and local restrictions can cause delays, and we will keep you informed if they do.
Tracking
You receive an e-mail when your order is confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. The shipped e-mail carries the courier name and tracking number, and you can share a live tracking link with family from the order page.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹25,000. A COD fee of ₹29 applies and is not refundable. Digital items and vehicles are prepaid only.
Failed delivery
Our courier partner makes up to three delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered it is returned to us and refunded as per the Cancellation and refund policy.
