Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancel free of charge any time before the order ships — the whole order or single items.

You can cancel an order, or individual items in it, free of charge until it ships. Go to Account → Orders, open the order and choose Cancel.
- Paid online: the full amount, including the delivery fee, is refunded to your original payment method straight away and reaches you in 5–7 business days.
- Cash on delivery: nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund.
- Wallet money and Demo Store Coins used on the order come back instantly.
The address, phone number and items cannot be edited after an order is placed. Cancel it and place it again with the right details.
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery at the door, or raise a return after it arrives.
